Option 1: Delete everything yourself (instant)
Open NOLO, go to Settings and tap “Delete all my data”. This permanently erases:
- Every chat, project, memory and setting stored on your device.
- Your encrypted backup in your own Google Drive, if you signed in with Google to sync.
Option 2: Delete your server record (by email)
The only data NOLO keeps on its servers is your anonymous ID and your plan and credit balance. No email, no name, no conversations. To have it deleted, send us your NOLO ID (open Settings and copy your ID) and ask us to erase it:
nolo.ai.app@gmail.comWe delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What NOLO keeps, and for how long
Your conversations never reach our servers: they live only on your device and, if you turn on sync, encrypted inside your own Google Drive where NOLO cannot read them. After deletion, the only records that remain are the payment and invoice entries kept by our payment provider (Stripe) for the period required by tax and accounting law. These contain no conversation content.
