Delete your data

Option 1: Delete everything yourself (instant)

Open NOLO, go to Settings and tap “Delete all my data”. This permanently erases:

• Every chat, project, memory and setting stored on your device.
• Your encrypted backup in your own Google Drive, if you signed in with Google to sync.
• Your scheduled tasks, routines and notification subscription, stored encrypted on our servers.

Option 2: Delete your server record (by email)

On its servers NOLO keeps your anonymous ID, your plan, credit balance and usage counters and, if you use them, your scheduled tasks, routines and notification subscription, encrypted. No email, no name. To have all of it deleted, send us your NOLO ID (open Settings and copy your ID) and ask us to erase it:

We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What NOLO keeps, and for how long

Your conversations are not stored on our servers: they live on your device and, if you turn on sync, encrypted inside your own Google Drive where NOLO cannot read them. Three exceptions: while an answer is being written in the background, that chat is held on Cloudflare and erased as soon as your device has it (12 hours at most); the scheduled tasks and routines you create are stored encrypted until they finish or you delete them, and their results wait up to 7 days for your device to collect them; and the messages you send with “Send anonymous feedback”, with the last exchange if you choose to attach it, are stored without your ID. After deletion, the only records that remain are those feedback messages and the payment and invoice entries, with no conversation content, that our payment provider (Stripe) keeps for the period required by tax and accounting law.
